Documents Required for Admission
Mandatory Documents for Admission (Color Scanned Copies)
- Fully completed Admission Form (Name must match exactly as mentioned on the 10th Standard Mark Sheet).
- Student's signature on the Admission Form must match the signature on the submitted ID card.
- Color scanned copy of the Degree Certificate (if applicable).
- Color scanned copies of all year/semester mark sheets.
- Color scanned copy of the 10th Standard Mark Sheet and Certificate.
- Midyear transcript (due by February 15)
- Color scanned copy of the 12th Standard Mark Sheet and Certificate.
- Three passport-size color photographs or a soft copy of the photograph.
- Color scanned copy of a government-issued photo ID proof (e.g., PAN Card, Voter’s ID, Aadhaar Card, Driving License, Passport, etc.).
- Name Change Document, if applicable.
- Proof of fee payment as per university policy (Cheque/DD/Online Payment Receipt).
Additional Requirements for NRI and Foreign Students
In addition to the mandatory documents, NRI and foreign students must provide the following:
- A copy of a valid passport.
- A Residential Permit from the Commissioner of Police, Bengaluru (for foreign students only).
If the marks card of the qualifying examination is not available at the commencement of classes, students must submit valid result sheets duly attested by the Principal of their previous institution. The original marks card must be submitted once received. Failure to provide all required documents will result in the cancellation of admission.
